Rachel Keller

RachelRachel Keller is a fictional character from The Ring film series. The role of Rachel Keller the fictional character of The Ring film series, was invented by Ehren Kr ger. She is portrayed by Naomi Watts. Rachel must dig into the background of Samara Morgan when her son becomes ill with an unknown illness. Ruth asks Rachel Keller, an investigative journalist to discover the reason for Katie's death. Rachel learns from her that Katie was healthy and discovered Katie's corpse disfigured in the closet. Katie's close friends inform Rachel about the myth of the videotape that was cursed and Becca Katie's best friend was confined after Katie's death. Katie's boyfriend and her two acquaintances died in an accident that same night around 10 at night. Rachel is able to travel to Shelter Mountain Inn and stays in Cabin 12, which is the identical cabin that Katie and her friends watched the videotape that was cursed. Rachel discovers the tape and when it's finished, the phone calls. Rachel hears a voice utter "seven days". Rachel is called Noah Clay as a video analyst by her ex-boyfriend. Rachel finds out later that Aidan (her son who is also with Noah) looked at the tape and informed her that he believed in her. Rachel researches the lighthouse from the tape and finds out that it was located in Moesko Island, the home of a tragic horse breeder named Anna Morgan, who appeared on the tape that was cursed. Rachel discovered that Anna had an adopted son named Samara who was capable of burning disturbing images into the minds and bodies of people, animals, and objects. Rachel encounters Anna's widower Richard. He makes Rachel leave as soon as she begins to ask questions regarding Samara.
